Test scope, screenshots, checkpoint findings and tier rationale were supplied by an identified reviewer. Identity is retained internally unless public attribution is explicitly enabled.
Strove
Strove is an AI-driven preventive-health and wellbeing platform for insurers, employers and brokers, combining member engagement, health services, behavioural programmes and outcome measurement.
Sandbox Africa checked the submitted evidence and promoted the verified checkpoint record. Any visible adjustment is identified rather than silently rewritten.
The official public tier and technical record below are the verified publication outcome.
Tier 2 — Market-Ready
Keep Tier 2. The active platform and legitimate employer/insurer gating support market readiness; enterprise-grade Tier 3 requires direct organisational and assurance evidence.
What worked: Functional web application; existing-member login; AI chatbot; mobile app availability; responsive UX/UI and performance. What failed / remained inaccessible: Full core member wellbeing/reward workflow; unrestricted registration; member-only roles and deeper application functions. Errors found: No material defects were reported in the accessible surface. The blocker was eligibility, not an observed technical failure. Access limitations: Organisational membership required; unavailable member credentials/organisation access; no unrestricted individual access.
Why not one higher: Tier 3 would require stronger end-to-end verification of the core wellbeing/reward experience with access to the full member environment.
Verified findings and limitations
The intern confirmed live product access and user-facing health functionality but could not independently enter the full organisation-sponsored administrative or benefits environment.
The current official site describes Strove as an operating preventive-health platform for insurers, employers and brokers.
No material defect was established in the accessible member experience.
Organisation configuration, insurer integrations, enterprise reporting and formal security controls were not directly audited.
What was actually assessed
The public platform and login surface were reachable. The main limitation was eligibility: access requires membership through an organisation registered with Strove.

Full core member workflow not independently tested; organisational membership required; unrestricted individual access unavailable.
What was observed
These images formed part of the evidence pack considered during verification. Full-standard records retain the contributor's factual caption for each screenshot.
Shows evidence that the website does exist and requires a sign in.
Shows evidence that the sign in function works and only accepts emails it identifies.
Shows evidence that the app can be downloaded across three platforms.
Shows evidence of the Technology Stack.
Shows the evidence of the AI Bot in the website and that it functions

Seven checkpoint assessment
The verified result is the official public checkpoint record. For earlier-standard reviews, these findings may have been reconstructed from preserved evidence during Sandbox Africa’s 2026 audit; they are not presented as if the contributor originally completed a structured worksheet. Contributor-submitted checkpoint wording is shown only where explicit public reviewer attribution has been enabled.
Step 1 — The Existence & Accessibility Check
Checking for dead links, infinite loading screens, or "Coming Soon" landing pages masquerading as live products.
The Strove web application was accessible and the mobile applications were available.
Can a user or enterprise actually sign up, or is it gated behind broken "Contact Sales" forms?
Once eligible, onboarding is simple through organisational membership and company email, but access is restricted to participating organisations.
Step 2 — Functional Testing (The "Try It Out" Phase)
Does the application actually do what it claims to do? (e.g. a payment gateway completing a test transaction, a logistics app's routing engine working.)
Full member functionality could not be exercised without organisational membership. Editorial proposal adjusted from not_assessed to partial using current independent verification and the established gated-product/safety-critical rules.
Verification adjustmentAssessing the logical flow, responsiveness, and basic accessibility of the platform.
Good and easy to navigate, performance is fast responding.
Step 3 — Technical & Architectural Assessment
Load speeds, uptime reliability, and basic stress responses.
Good and easy to navigate, performance is fast responding.
Availability, clarity, and functionality of API documentation and webhooks.
The intended journey was traced only as far as the supplied findings allow. Editorial proposal adjusted from not_assessed to partial using current independent verification and the established gated-product/safety-critical rules.
Verification adjustmentSSL certification, basic encryption standards, and data handling transparency.
From what was observed the security basics are integrated and the latforms are protected.
